Revio operates SMS-based communication systems on behalf of local service businesses. The following terms apply to all SMS communications sent through our platform:

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by submitting your mobile phone number through a web form, landing page, or intake form that includes a clear disclosure about SMS messaging, or by texting an opt-in keyword to a designated number. Consent is obtained at the time of opt-in and is recorded with a timestamp.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. You may receive multiple messages per conversation thread depending on your inquiry or appointment activity.

To opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all future messages. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages in order to obtain any product or service.

SMS Consent Data Protection: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services necessary to deliver those messages.

Frontier Crest LLC maintains a strict no-sell, no-share policy with respect to personal information and SMS consent data. The following statements govern how we handle all contact and communications data:

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with any affiliate, reseller, or marketing partner.

We do not disclose lead data to third parties for advertising, retargeting, or promotional purposes.

Limited disclosure may occur in the following circumstances, and only to the extent strictly necessary:

Platform providers: GoHighLevel, Inc. acts as our data processor and handles data solely to enable our platform functionality. See Section 9 for details.

SMS delivery infrastructure: Telecommunications carriers and A2P message aggregators receive only the information required to route and deliver text messages. They do not receive opt-in consent records for marketing use.

Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or valid government process.

Business protection: We may disclose information to protect the legal rights, safety, or property of Frontier Crest LLC, our clients, or the public.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Revio does not use cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies on its websites or client-facing funnels. We do not engage in behavioral advertising, remarketing audiences, or analytics tracking of website visitors.

7. Data Security Practices

We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our security practices include:

Operating through GoHighLevel's secure, encrypted infrastructure for all data storage and transmission.

Using role-based access controls within our platform accounts.

Regularly reviewing internal data handling procedures.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy applicable legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Active contacts: Retained for the duration of the client engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter.

SMS opt-in records: Retained for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with TCPA recordkeeping requirements and to respond to any regulatory inquiry.

Opt-out records: Retained indefinitely to ensure suppression lists are honored.

Appointment and communication logs: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years.

Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove personal data from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligation to retain certain records.

9. Third-Party Services

Revio uses GoHighLevel, Inc. as its primary technology platform. GoHighLevel serves as a data processor on our behalf and processes personal information solely as directed by Frontier Crest LLC to enable the following functions:

Contact record storage and CRM management

SMS and email message delivery

Automation workflow execution

Appointment scheduling and calendar management

Conversation logging and communication history

GoHighLevel is contractually prohibited from using personal information processed on our behalf for its own marketing purposes. GoHighLevel's own privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy, available at https://www.gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

We do not currently use any other third-party services that receive or process personal contact data on our behalf.

10. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Right to Correction: Request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected.

Right to Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

Right to Opt Out of SMS: Withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

Right to Opt Out of Email: Unsubscribe from email communications via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

11. Opt-Out Instructions

SMS Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number.

Email Opt-Out: Click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email communication, or send a written opt-out request to [email protected]. We will process your request within ten (10) business days.

All Communications: Contact us directly at [email protected] or +1 440-530-9592 to request removal from all communication lists. We will honor all opt-out requests promptly.

Opt-out records are permanently retained in our suppression lists to ensure your preferences are respected across all future communications.

12. Children's Information

Our services are directed exclusively to adult business owners and their staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Our platform is not intended for use by minors, and we do not market to, or knowingly engage with, anyone under 18 years of age.
