If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. Your continued use of any Revio service after changes to these Terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of Services

Frontier Crest LLC provides communication and lead management automation services for local service businesses operating primarily in Ohio and surrounding areas. Our platform enables client businesses to:

Capture and respond to inbound phone calls, missed calls, and web form inquiries automatically.

Send automated follow-up communications via SMS and email to prospective and existing customers.

Schedule and manage appointments through an integrated booking system.

Manage customer contact records, conversation history, and communication workflows through the GoHighLevel CRM platform.

Revio operates as a technology and automation service provider. Our services are offered to businesses ("clients") who use our platform to communicate with their own customers and leads. If you are a consumer interacting with a business that uses the Revio platform, these Terms apply to your interactions with that business's Revio-powered communications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Frontier Crest LLC operates text messaging programs on behalf of its client businesses through the GoHighLevel platform. By opting in to receive SMS messages from a Revio-powered business, you agree to the following terms:

Message Types

When you opt in to SMS communications, you may receive text messages related to: missed call follow-up notifications, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and service-related follow-up communications. These messages are sent on behalf of the local service business you contacted and are directly related to your inquiry or appointment.

Message Frequency: You will receive messages on an appointment-based schedule, including reminders before your appointment, confirmations at the time of booking, and follow-up messages after service interactions. Message frequency varies depending on your booking and inquiry activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 440-530-9592. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase. You are never required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any product or service. Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your ability to receive services.

SMS Consent Privacy: Your SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services or engaging with communications from a Revio-powered business, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current contact information when submitting forms or booking appointments.

Use a valid mobile phone number that you own and are authorized to use when opting in to SMS communications.

Promptly notify us of any changes to your contact information that may affect delivery of important service communications.

Refrain from using our services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws.

Not attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt any systems or infrastructure used to deliver our services.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

If you are a business client of Frontier Crest LLC, you additionally agree to use the Revio platform only for lawful communications with individuals who have provided appropriate consent, and to comply with all applicable laws governing electronic communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable A2P 10DLC regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or platform to:

Send unsolicited communications to individuals who have not provided express consent.

Transmit spam, phishing content, or messages containing misleading or deceptive information.

Violate any applicable telecommunications laws, including TCPA regulations governing autodialed or pre-recorded messages.

Impersonate any person, business, or entity.

Upload, transmit, or store malicious code, viruses, or any content intended to disrupt or damage systems.

Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation or sending reputation of our shared messaging infrastructure.

Frontier Crest LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to any account or service found to be in violation of these acceptable use standards, without prior notice, and without liability.

6. Payments & Billing

Service fees for Frontier Crest LLC client accounts are governed by the separate service agreement executed between Frontier Crest LLC and each business client. Payment terms, billing cycles, and refund policies are specified in those agreements.

Consumers interacting with businesses through the Revio platform are not charged by Frontier Crest LLC for receiving communications. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS messages you send or receive.

All fees charged by Frontier Crest LLC to client businesses are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, automation workflows, templates, and materials created or provided by Frontier Crest LLC, including but not limited to the Revio name, logo, website content, and platform configurations, are the exclusive intellectual property of Frontier Crest LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Frontier Crest LLC materials is strictly prohibited.

Content you submit to our platform, including contact information and communication records, remains your property. You grant Frontier Crest LLC a limited license to process and store such content solely to the extent necessary to deliver our services.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Frontier Crest LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

SMS messages will be delivered in real time or at all, as delivery is subject to carrier infrastructure and network conditions beyond our control.

The results obtained through use of our services will meet your specific business objectives.

Frontier Crest LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in these Terms or our Privacy Policy constitutes legal counsel. You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with all applicable laws governing your business communications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontier Crest LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our services.

This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, failed message delivery, or any other commercial loss, even if Frontier Crest LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Frontier Crest LLC's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Frontier Crest LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontier Crest LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of our services in violation of these Terms.

Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

Any communications you send through the Revio platform that violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or any other applicable communications law.

Any inaccurate or misleading information you provide to us.

Frontier Crest LLC reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with our defense of that claim.

11. Termination

Frontier Crest LLC may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or pose a risk to our systems, clients, or messaging infrastructure.

Business clients may terminate their service agreement with Frontier Crest LLC pursuant to the terms of their written client agreement. Upon termination, we will cease all active communication workflows associated with the account and will retain data only as required by our data retention policy and applicable law.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive any termination of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio.

You agree to waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue in such courts. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

Frontier Crest LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice via email or through our website.
